Opinion Suite is Delib's e-consultation software package for local authorities and public sector bodies, designed to provide a consultation system that works the way you want it to.  Opinion Suite is basically an umbrella name for a wide range of combinable modules; the whole thing is completely customisable. 

In fact, Opinion Suite is an open-source product: if you want to, you can download, install, edit and run the code for yourself, for free.

The way we've set up Opinion Suite means that:

• there are no licence fees;
• there are no per-user or per-consultation fees;
• there is no licence expiry date;
• there's no need to tolerate a load of features you don't need or want;
• there's no 'vendor lock-in': you can call on a global community of developers if you get stuck.

We'll only charge you for what you want our help with: setup, hosting, customisation, maintenance, support, advice -- you tell us.
