Lean and agile. Two things I like. Two things we try to be at Delib. (You can't "do" lean, you can only try to be lean - but I'll get off my soapbox).
Anyway, being an advocate of lean thinking, this story from the Seattle Times caught my eye: King County government adopting lean techniques. Nice quote: "Lean is the new cool" :)
