Round Two of the Delib / Henry Jackson Society series of debates on british politics is just around the corner

23-12-2009 - ChrisQ | Delib news and events

The next debate to be held on Monday 18th January in the Grand Committee Room in Westminster Hall. Titled: “Technology not Policy will win Election 2010″, the panel will look at the increasing need to spread the political word of the parties, but does that sometimes mean watering down the content?  The host will again be Danny Alexander MP (Lib Dem), and the panellists this time are: Rishi Saha (Tory), Kerry McCarthy MP (Labour), Rory Cellan-Jones (BBC) and Julie Meyer (BBC Dragon’s Den & Internet Entrepreneur). Thanks to PubAffairs we already have dozens of people requesting seats in the venue, so jump in quick and find our what all the fuss was about last time…. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8LwGF-rQ_8A

    Hi Matthew,

You’re more than welcome to come along; however, because we’ve had too many replies to our initial invite, we’re having to work on a first come, first served basis for entry to the room – so try to get there early if you can!

Hope to see you later – Ben
