    BEH Future for Barnet, Enfield and Haringey PCTs

    The brief: Engage and consult with local residents on the sensitive issue of the future of health care provision in the area.

    The work: A managed, bespoke e-consultation campaign including the design and build of a website and Quick Consult survey as well as data analysis and reporting on the pre-consultation.

    The results: More than 10,000 unique users engaged; hundreds of responses to the survey received.

    Ideas Tree for Macmillan Cancer Support

    The brief: Build engagement and gain topline views as part of a wide-reaching UK research campaign on the issue of what people affected by cancer think cancer care should look like in 2016.

    The work: Deployment of a custom Ideas Tree where users could read, rate and submit ideas for improving cancer care.

    The results: 26,000 ratings of more than 250 submitted ideas. Data collected from the Tree fed into further prioritisation work using an online survey.

    Budget Simulator for Torbay Council

    The brief: Provide an e-consultation to allow Torbay residents to become involved in the budget-setting process and make their priorities known to council decision-makers as part of the 'Have Your Say in the Bay' consultation plan.

    The work: Deployment of a Budget Simulator, our customisable budget consultation and prioritisation tool.

    The results: Responses submitted by more than 1,000 Torbay residents. Data collected was analysed, graphed and presented to both Council decision-makers and the public.

    My Abodo for Defra

    The brief: Raise awareness and encourage attitudinal change amongst 11-16 year olds about the urgent need to tackle climate change.

    The work: An online communications campaign built around 'My Abodo', a bespoke interactive online tool in which players can customise various elements of a virtual house and see the potential impacts of each customisation on the climate.

    The results: Over 138,000 visitors to the site with more than 32,000 abodos created. More than 68,000 unique views of embedded abodo widgets.

    London Safety Plan consultation for LFEPA

    The brief: Undertake public, partner and employee consultation on the draft London Safety Plan 2005-8.

    The work: A full, managed consultation process including planning of consultation activity, question design, data analysis and results handling (offline and online), as well as provision of a custom Quick Consult online survey.

    The results: High level of participation with the online survey particularly well-received. The final report was made publicly available and helped inform LFEPA's decision-making process.

    A National Dialogue on Healthcare, IT and Privacy for the National Academy of Public Administration

    The brief: gauge the opinion and hear the ideas of stakeholders and the American public around this topic of healthcare, IT and privacy

    The work: the development of an 'ideas and comments' site with social consensus-building add-ons like tagging and rating systems, and to roll out an Opinion Tracker

    The results: over 2800 unique visitors in a week, submitting over 120 unique ideas and more than 500 comments on those ideas

    e-Consultation system for London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham

    The brief: deliver a full online consultation and stakeholder/public engagement web system to support the authority's consultation work.

    The work: provision of a customised version of Delib's e-consultation platform including consultation finder database, survey tool, stakeholder communication system and reporting and management tools.

    The results: more than 2,000 local residents responded to more than 50 online surveys, with thousands more using the site to download consultation information or read more information.
